How do you like your eggs prepared, and what do you like to eat with it?

Trying to sneak back in here with you guys again..lol I miss you all!


So eggs... I love mine over easy but lately I can not seem to eat eggs without feeling sick so I might have to cut them out for a while.

Whew... I had a harrowing night last night. As I was traveling home from a CEU course, I had a blow out (my left passenger tire) on a VERY busy bridge. I think my Angels were watching over me because I had a car behind me keep pace with me, and follow me over so that no cars would crash into me. One minute s/he was in my rear view, the next minute they were gone and I was in the break down lane. *wipes brow*

I waited about 15 minutes and the Road Rangers came, but sadly I didn't have my spare in my trunk.. I had gods know what all in my trunk.. yes, I am a compulsive shopper, but no spare. My boyfriend/fiancee, came and we waited 3 hours for a tow truck, but the Road Ranger stayed with us, until my car was safely on the bed of the truck, and I was off the bridge. Now that's what I call service.

Now today, $289 later, My car has 2 new wheels, a full allingment and an oil change and she's running right as rain.

Yikes, I am always so scared of that happening. I am so glad you are alright.

Wow~ so glad you are ok. How scary for you. These kinds of things are what make me a nervous wreck driving alone. I am going to see my daughter in Jacksonville this weekend - alone - and I hope my car stays together!

As for the egg question ~ I like scrambled eggs best with whole wheat toast.

Oh and for the Eggy question: Scrambled, but dry... wet scrambled leaves me feeling ICKY! Or an Omlette is a nice thing, but please put cheese in the eggs.

Eggs....I love eggs. Omelets, fried, scrambled, deviled, hard boiled, soft boiled...not too fond of poached, but that is about it.
Favorite is probably fried.
With toast.

Wow Dianna, glad you're ok. Isn't it nice to know that some drivers are still that helpful? You hear all about road rage, but none of the nice stuff.

Eggs.....I just had my own version of an egg sandwich for breakfast! I had a slice of toast, then a cooked egg, with some cheese and a slice of tomato on top.

But, as they say around here, "dippy" eggs are my favorite!

OMG thank god gor you Guardina Angels... lately all we have been hearing in the news where accident causing death happening on the shoulder of the road!!! Glad you came out scratch free !!!
