My husband does all the fixing in our house. He is very good at doing any types of DIY luckily.

French fries....

Do you prefer the regular cut fries, the crinkle fries, season fries, steak fries...or just don't care for french fries? Do you like to top it with ketchup, or some other type of dressing or such? Which restaurant do you think makes the best fries, and why?

I like all kinds of fries, but my Fav's are Fat Burger and White Spot. Their fries are made fresh, and actually taste like fries.

I love fries and will eat them and skip the rest of the food. :rolleyes1 I like them with ketchup, malt vinegar, or mayo and ketchup mixed together.

To me French fries are skinny pieces of fried potato, like you get in McDonalds. We call fries in the UK chips, so my favourite chips are the ones we make at home, thick pieces of potato, coated in cajun spice and then fried. If I have skinny fries I like them with either BBQ sauce or tomato ketchup.

I prefer curly fries. I like the ones from Arbys with their Arby sauce. I also like McDonalds fries if they are fresh. But if we go to Burger King, I get their onion rings-although I feel that their recipe has changed over the years :(.

If you were under charged for something you were purchasing at a store, would you tell it to the cashier or go back to customer service?

Tell the cashier, but usually if the transaction is finished the cashier tells you to go to customer service.

I had to share this picture from Easter. My sisters & dad--I'm all the way on the right.

I thought I was the only one who ate this, I am beging to think we are long lost relatives. :)
You never know......

If appliances, and such were to break, would you be able to be a handyman/lady, and fix things yourself, or would you need assistance?
I would need assistance, either from my husband or the appliance service man.

Love french fries in all forms and fashion except for the seasoned ones. I usually eat them plain but occasionally use ketchup. Whataburger has the best ketchup and their fries are generally pretty good too. I like theirs about the best though McDonald's ranks fairly high on the list. We just don't eat at McDonalds unless we have to.

If I catch it during check out, I'll tell the cashier. If I look over my receipt at the house and catch it, I just leave it. I won't drive back up to the store for it.

Good picture Missy! Always good to be able to put a name with a face!

I am way behind so I'm going to try catch up.

If you were to open a can of fruit cocktail, which fruits would you choose to eat first, then leave out to be the last? Grapes, pear, peach, pineapple, and cherry.

I usually go for the cherry or grapes first.

What three things do you eat the most of?

chicken, hamburgers, and salad

My DH usually takes care of items that's not working correctly or broken

Season fries are mine favorite, don't usually put anything on them. My favorite fries at a restaurant are broadwalk fries or the fries from Five Guys.

I would tell the cashier. That's funny that you asked this question today. I had to cover the cash register at work this afternoon and I under charged a customer by mistake. Forgot to ring something up. She came back into the store and told me about it so I could fit the mistake, I was so appreciated. There are still lots of honest people in this world.

I had seen the cashier ring up my iceburg lettuce as a head cabbage recently, so I mentioned to her that it was an iceburg lettuce. I told her that I didn't know of the price difference if there was one, so she rang it back up, and I had to pay 40 cents more. :headache:

Hmmm, I keep a magnetic note pad on my fridge to write down items that I run out of each week. So far mac & cheese, peaches, beets and chocolate syrup are on it.

I do too. Though not out yet - tissues, paper towels and toilet paper is on the list, along with pork chops and potatoes.

I think so and guess what just made my list?

mac and cheese. :rotfl:

I had just gone shopping today, so I do not yet have anything on my list but I bought a bunch of things today. Anyone want to come shopping at my house? :lmao:
