exchange rate for wwohp money

Does anyone have an idea how the cash exchange for wizarding money will work? Will there be galleons, knuts and sickles and if so what denomination of coin or money will they be comparable to? We are going for 5 days in August and are thinking of changing some cash for the experience and souvenier purposes.TIA
