The best three options would likely be Marriott's Cypress Harbour, Horizon's and Marriott's Grande Vista followed by Westgate lakes. If you move farther out, the other Marriott's and of course
DVC would be good choices as well. Vistana would be another good choice but a bit of Russian roulette depending on what section you get. You may want to consider a company like Trading places or San Francisco Exchange where you'd also have the possibility of getting none II top resorts as well as additional inventory not available through II. Can you do a request first?
CH, Horizons and Westgate lakes are the closest I know of but I must admit my knowledge of many of the none II and mid tier resorts is not based on first hand knowledge. Personally I'd take any of the ones above. If you are trading less than a 2 BR you may want to drop a couple of choices like GV and possibly Westgate and Vistana and even DVC. I believe the rest are all full units, no lockoff's with one of the Marriott's even 3 BR only. Horizons will be a step below some of the other Marriott's from some ways in that it will be a little less upscale with smaller units which are 1100 sq ft I believe compared to around 1350 or so for GV and CH 2 BR.
