exchange certificates

Hey guys, I'm so excited I have all my tickets for seaworld and Ioa for my trip. My disney resort is booked and yesterday I got my MYW tickets, except that I got two green cards that say exchange certificate. It says to exchange these cards for my two 4 day MYW tickets. Does anyone know where to exchange them? Please tell me its at the resort cause I don't want to stand in line at the parks. Thankx
