Can anyone tell me of a dvd that is fairly easy to use but you will see results if you keep up with it? There are so many to choose from that I feel overwhelmed from looking at them! I am totally out of shape and I'll never make all day at WDW in November if I don't do something about it now. So, I'm fully committed to eating healthly and to start excerising. I'm just not sure where to begin on the excerise. I know walking is good but I would like a tape that I can do at home. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks
