Excerise check in for Friday Jan 9th

Did Firm's Complete Aerobic & Weight Training. Saturday I did their Cardio Sculpt. :)
 
I did the 3 mile WATP on Friday. However, I took yesterday and today off so it's back to the grind tomorrow!
 

I did the 2-mile WATP on Friday! :)
 
I did Curves for 40 minutes on Friday!!!

Boy, did it feel great..........
 
I went to Curves that day ... unfortunately the rest of the weekend had nothing to report for the exercise trail :rolleyes:
