Somebody correct this if I'm wrong, but with late in the year use months, you almost have to think of the use-year being a year behind all the time.

Reading this thread has been mind boggling and the bottom line for me is that I never want a December use year. Ideally, I think it's best to have a use year early in the calendar year and/or one which is close to the time in which you normally vacation. My Use Year is in March and we normally travel in March, April, or June. I've never been confused about borrowing until I read this thread
