Exception to banking deadline

I just purchased a resale contract that has 160 pts that will expire on June 1. I own 800 direct sale points. Another web forum suggested that Disney will sometimes offer a one time exception thru member services. Any experience with this?

i've heard they'll make a one-time exception for you if you forget.

i believe they will also let you bank pts late if you buy direct.

but i'd be a little surprised if they help you in a case like this where you didn't buy direct...

make the call ASAP - if you're out of luck, you may want to try to rent a last minute reservation with those pts.
