Excellent serving team and Palo dessert

We had wonderful servers on our recent cruise. They were head server Beata, server Gemma and asst server Ivan. They were very helpful with meal suggestions and entertained my children throughout late seating.
They were even able to obtain the much desired souflee from Palo in the dining room because we didn't get reservations.
It was as good if not better than I have read. It was heaven. BTW they got us one withthe chocolate sauce and one with the vanilla and I loved them both.

This team really made this a wonderful vacation. Dcl if you are reading this Take NOTE. I filled out my servey but every little mention helps.
