Excellent Service from Disneyland Merchandise

Much to my dismay, the decal had started to flake off my favorite Disneyland souvenir mug. This is a really cute mug with vintage Adventureland ride posters on it. Of course, I have no idea what I did with the receipt, even though I know the exact date of purchase since I don't make it to Disneyland all that often. I notified Disneyland Merchandise and they apologized and were kind enough to send me a replacement mug just like it. I have never seen a package so carefully wrapped to prevent breakage. Thanks Disney!
