EXACTLY what is included in CP Dinner?

I have seen this question asked and sort of answered, but people usually say you can get "anything". I would like to know, Can you order salad AND a seperate appetizer? DH likes an appetizer, entree and THEN he likes his salad. I know we could always pay for anything, but I would just like to know if both salad and appetizer are included.

Last year the package included a salad OR appetizer, main entree, and dessert. Beverages were extra. Perhaps your DH could substitute a salad for the dessert.

Thanks NancyIL. That is good to know, about what is included, and that is a good suggestion about the dessert, because he is NOT a big dessert eater.

I believe it is app or salad, but I am sure they would allow the substitution of salad over dessert.
