Exactly what happens when a lightning lane multipass selection expires???

I'm sorry if this has been answered but I've been searching everywhere and haven't found a clear answer yet.

If I am in the park and have a lightning lane booked at 9 am (window 9 to 10 am) but do not make it, will it expire right at 10 am? Once it expires, will I be able to book another lightning lane and, if so, do all the rules apply as if I had tapped in, i.e. can book Tier 1 now or can book at another park, or will I be able to replace it with another Tier 2 at the same park only?

At 10:00 you can book another lightning lane to replace the expired one, but you're still subject to the park and tier limits. If you let a Tier 2 in Animal Kingdom expire, you can only replace it with another Tier 2 in Animal Kingdom. You can still use the expired lightning lane within the grace period. You must tap in to an attraction to end the park and tier limits.

You have a 119 minute grace period after the end of the return window so your pass won’t expire until 11:59 am.
