Exactly what documents do I need hard copies of to board?

I just got an e-mail from DisneyCruise telling me not to forget to bring my signed cruise documents with me to board. It then directs me to the on-line check in .
I already completed the on-line check-in weeks ago - am I supposed to also bring signed hard copies with me? Is there anything else I need to board?
I have all our passports and a signed 'traveling with a minor' for non-parents forms, signed by all the parents.
I signed DGrD11 up for the Oceaneer Lab on-line but didn't see anything for signing her up for Edge nor for DNiece14 for Edge or Vibe - assuming I need to do that at the clubs when we board.
Anything I'm missing?

You should have the signed Payment Authorization Page. That's really all you need, but if you didn't print it out and sign it, you can do it at the port, it's just quicker to have it done already.

Older kid's clubs you don't preregister for. Just show up there to check in.

Bring the signed on-line check-in sheet with you. If you receive an e-mail with a health form questionnaire, bring that too, or you can get one at the port.

Thank you - I just realized that those forms are all in the very back of the little booklet I received in the mail. I was looking on-line. Duh!

I don't see anything with a health form questionnaire. Where should that be? Is it required for all passengers? I would need to do that with the girls' parents since I might not know all the info.

The Health questionnaire just, basically, asks if anyone has been in (various African countries) in the last 2 weeks (or months, can't remember). Or if anyone has had a fever, temperature, vomiting, diarrhea in the last (I think) 48 hours). You can get them in the terminal.

I got an email with the health questionnaire last Friday (exactly a week from our sail date. It is just to say you haven't visited certain countries lately.

and don't forget your method of Payment for On-board Charges

Government issued Photo ID for the 16+ year olds (I think that's the age - and the DCL web site is of no use) and Birth certificate
OR better yet ...
