Ex MIL is a true Red Wing fan!!!

She divorced FIL 2 years ago and has since moved back to PA to be with her family (she is DH stepmom of 20 years)....We still keep in touch and talk about every other day.

Anyway....I got Red Wing tickets for next Friday night. I called her yesterday and asked her to come with me....jokingly of course...and guess what??......

She booked a flight here for next Thursday....$615.00!!!!.....A true "Wing Nut"!!!!!

She hasn't been here since DD Madison's communion back in May of 04....we just took a trip to Williamsport PA (a road trip) this past easter.

Anyway, she is staying until next Wednesday....I just think that is so cool!!!

One of my good friends was living in the middle of Indiana for a time and couldn't get the Redwing games on TV. She was on her cell phone with her mother during the entire playoff season! Luckily, she is now happily remarried and living back in the Detroit area, with season tickets!

Linda (MIL) in PA subscribed to NHL Ice or something like that through her cable comany for the season...so she gets all the games
