Hi Everyone!
So glad to hear that you got out to do a few things, Linda, and I'm sure that you've been out and about since then, too! So glad to hear that you're feeling better! Continue to take it slowly, though, and don't try to do too much too soon - you have to remember to take care of yourself! Will send Romeo and Lothario over, to wait on you, this afternoon - you deserve some pampering!
I'm sure that you are a fantastic PTO President, Colleen, and your group is lucky to have you! Even though I'm sure that you would prefer to have a little less responsibility, the group keeps turning to you because you have proven yourself to be such a great leader, over your past 2 terms, and they know that they can count on you to get the job done! I'm sure that you will continue to do a great job! And hope that you're continuing to enjoy your week with your Mom (and the rest of your family)!
That's so exciting that your trip is coming up so soon, Wendy! You must be thrilled! Have you all begun packing, yet? And that's so neat that your DS is going through all of his senior "rite of passage" things, like senior pictures, planning ahead for the prom, etc. Those are big milestones! You must be so proud of him! I will "trade you" your lecture on Domestic Violence for the lecture on statistical confidence intervals that I have to attend, tonight.......UGH. I'm actually just at the beginning of my MPH program - this is my 3rd semester - it should take me about 2 more years to finish (counting the 2 semesters of field work that I will have to do, at the end, after I finish all of my required classes). But that's OK - I'm getting there, slowly but surely! Have a wonderful time on your vacation!
Congratulations to Becki and her family on their soon-to-be-new-addition! That is wonderful news!
Just wanted to say "hello"! Hope that all is well with all of you! Talk to you all, soon!
