EVRGrandBeach-good/bad/who knows?

After the snapfoo exch. with II dropping our ressies., Sunterra got us into Embassey Vacation Resorts Grand Beach Orlando(whoo!).... OK, BUT I have not seen a thing about it on this or TUG or anywhere 'cept the Sun. site. It looks good there, and we have never had a bad stay at any Sun. resort, but this is something that is also Embassey as in the hotel company.

So anyone know any thing about it? Will it be ok. and is it as close to the WDW as the Cypress Point resort is?
We make it to DTD in under 8 min from Cypress Pt.

We will be there Oct 13ish to the 19, 20th about. Have booked 10/10 to 10/18 but can't stay that long

It's great. You will love it. Almost as close to WDW as Cypress Pointe... We were there in May of 2003 and it was wonderful! smallish pool, but I have heard that they just opened another one. The lake is great.. it really makes it relaxing to sit on our screened patio/balcony and watch the water! Congrats! It will be fine, don't worry!

I've heard many good things about this place. We just stayed at Vistana and it was right around the corner practically from us. You are not that much further at all from DTD than CP.

We were driving by Grand Beach and I was thinking, gee, I wonder what that nice place is.........then I saw the sign Embassy Grand Beach. I thought, wow!, that's the place I've seen offered on Skyauction.........I'll have to try that one sometime.
