Today I received an e-mail which contained a pin code attached to my name. The weird thing is it gives me NO details of what the discount might be. Is there an easy way to find out what it's for? I would have gone through the booking process thing online just to find out but all the address info is old. Good thing is it is my correct old address so I should be able to update by speaking to someone.

I think you can use the new deal you saw. I recently saw the "summer room discount" for a trip I had already booked. I just called WDW directly and asked if I could use the deal for my current reservation. They made the switch with no hassles, under the original ressie, and I saved $800. Give it a try.

Bit of a random question - but does Disney send PINs to people outside of North America? I ask because you can't order the vacation DVD or the personalised maps from any international locations

As of right now, you can only book a Room-Only reservation for 2013 but there aren't any discounts out yet. July 2013 deals most likely won't be released until early next year.

How can you figure out the potential cost difference. Would prefer to stay at blt or bcv but +++ expensive but if they offer fd versus fd with aoa and we want the middle dining plan what's the cost diff?
All this versus discount rooms at the places and then paint for dining ....
Can anyone help me out?

Did you call wdw directly? I was able to find room only for blt bcv and aoa nemo

and got another CM to talk to. He happily was able to make a reservation for us. So I booked our rooms for next Summer. Of course at the normal rack rate. And that's fine.... the kids love the AKL and we booked the concierge level so we could partake in the Sunrise Safari (LOVED IT LAST TIME!)

I know that the first person I talked to said rates for 2013 would be available 7/11/12. (tomorrow) Will there be any difference in price between when I booked and tomorrow? I believe that the rates we have now are around $425 per night.
I'll be watching for the AP and general discounts between now and our trip next summer, but at least I was able to get the ball rolling..... (gee, only 400+ days until we go, but at least we're getting closer each day!)

If I book two rooms under one reservation, and I pay for them. If I receive a pin or email for a discount, can that code be used on both rooms because it is under my name?

I have always been able to apply any code to up to three rooms booked in my name.

Sorry if this has already been asked, I didn't have a chance to read through the many many pages. I received a PIN mailer at my house in my maiden name. Can I still use it or is it a problem that the name doesn't match? Does it make a difference that I can show that used to be my name with a copy of my marriage certificate? Thanks!

quick question -- I booked the FD promotion in March, BEFORE the ticket price increase. If I make any changes to the reservation (add/cancel a night), will that have any effect on the package price, other than the obvious change in the nights stayed?

Will the package switch over to the "new" ticket pricing, is what I'm asking?
