Just got my ME booklet with tags by Fed Ex (we leave the 10th). Anyway it says inside how to attach the tags to your bag, etc then when checking in at the welcome center to have your claim tickets ready to present to the CM. Just wanted to mention this since so many people have been posting that they didnt recieve their tags and feel uncomfortable handing over their claim stubs (which I agree) but it seems that Disney cant take your tagged luggage out of the airport without it either. Makes sense just wanted to report.
BTW, I did have to sign for the package from Fed ex. It is a small booklet with the luggage tags as pages in the middle. It includes 2 vouchers for the return bus but none for the inbound. It says to show the booklet and present your luggage claim tickets at the welcome center.PS It also states that they will not transport your pets
