Everyone present at check-in?

For those of you who have already done free DDP this year--did everyone have to be present at check-in? One of our party will not arrive until later that night. Thanks.

I would say not unless that person had there own room?

My hubby & MIL always go to check, we always have 2 rooms one in our name and one in MIL. The rest of us are in the gift shop or lobby

Oh and we did free dining last year
