The newest member of our family:

She is a Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mix and just a fat, fluffy, nippy little thing. We love her to pieces! Aren't her eyes b-e-a-u-tiful?

She is a so cute!!!! We have a 10 year old Aussie and a 9 week old Border Collie. Puppies are fun.

Yes, she was a rescue pup. Her mom was pretty severly abused and had a litter of 9 puppies. Mom had to have her leg amputated but is doing great & putting on weight. It never ceases to amaze me how some dogs can come from that kind of environment and still be so loving and trusting of people. Mom is such a sweet dog. Anyway, there was a mix of tri colors & black and white, some with brown eyes, some with different colored eyes, some with blue eyes and 1 that was white with black/grey spots & blue eyes. All were so cute.

Bindi is warming up to our home. She LIKES TO CHEW! Holy cow. I woke up at 3am with her gnawing on my head. OUCH. We are crate training and it's going ok so far. I'm sure she will be fine before too long. She is really smart.

Anyway, thanks for the compliments. I'll be sure to pass them along to her.
