Evergreen Florida Vacation Homes?

Has anyone rented from someone who has this company as a MC? I found one that I like in WH and I am leary because I cannot find any information on the management company.

I made a reservation for High Hopes in February. Received a confirmation.
I learned 6 days before we were to check-in that it was rented to another family. Now, I'm left scrambling.
I would NEVER rent from this company!
It's small, parts of it are automated and that led to the confusion with my booking.
