Everest DVC opening-Who's going?

We had originally planned to do our WDW trip next November but decided to move up the trip to the last week in January. We were bummed because we would miss EE, so imagine how excited we were when we found out about the DVC preview!! We will be at SSR 1/22-1/30! Ours first time home! Does anyone know if we get to ride it unlimited amount of times or is it a one time shot??

We made reservations for that weekend a couple of weeks ago to use up points from a holding account, and had not planned on going to the parks during the trip. But with the EE sneak preview, I think we may venture over to AK!

We got the $49 one way fare from SW, Philly to Orlando--have to pay a bit more to get home, but it's worth every penny

We will be their from Jan 26-30. We are staying at POR though. We used up all our points but got $79 a night then I booked $39 each way airfare. Throw in Everest and this is looking like a great trip planned.

BTW, do we have to make reservations or can we just show up for the preview.

We'll be there Jan.29-Feb. 2. It will be our first time home at SSR!!! Woo-hoo! We'll see if this DVC stuff was really worth it!
So where are you guys getting specifics on the sneak peak for EE. Don't know that I've ever been part of a sneak peak. Is it open to whomever walks up an gets in line during the operating test hours? What are the exact dates? Are there exact times? Where do we get this info?

Jan 27-Feb 4th staying in 2BR @ SSR. Our group has decided to head over to AK Friday after we get settled and ride EE. I'm hoping that DD will be tall enough. If the heigh restriction is 42" she's set, if it's 44" she might just make it.

As it turns out, we'll be staying at OKW for a few days after 4 days on the Wonder: January 26, 27, and taking an evening flight out on the 28th. The third member of our party stays through the 28th, leaving late on the 29th. Although it's our first time at WDW and we hadn't planned on visiting AK, we'll make sure to set aside time for a ride or two.

A rollercoaster friend had just said it was too early for soft openings on Everest. The next morning there was the announcement! HA!!! Neener-neener!

Ah yes, I remember those days of ds being 43.75" and a real ride nut. He wanted so bad to go on this one ride that had a 44" requirement. Then, out of nowhere, some paper towel made it under his heel inside his running shoes and "LIKE A MIRACLE", he made it on the ride.
