Everest and Jungle Book Nightime Show

I have a FP for it May 27 7:25-8:25pm. KNS 8:25-9:25

Livid wouldn't even begin to describe how I would feel.

I have booked 27th May Animal Kingdom with the hope to catch the new show,
I have booked the following fast passes.
Everest - 19:20 - 20:20
Kilomanjaro Safaris - 21:25 - 22:25

Hoping between the 2 rides we can see the new show.

Maybe they just won't be doing FP for Everest at night to try and get people to go to the other nighttime activities instead. I can't see them not having Everest open at night.

Given the concern of moving people in and out for the show, maybe they don't want to use the FP line during show times since I think the entrance is a little further down and they have a plan to rope off the side or something so people can get to the regular queue without impact the flow in and out of the show seats?

I don't know, maybe grasping at straws, but definitely will be bummed if they don't have EE running throughout the evening

My concern would be that they didn't have a problem closing TSMM every night last summer for Frozen. That is kind of a major ride.

It's a bad precedent.

I would think all riders exiting would also be a problem at EE.

Well they close TSMM because they have to. They shoot off fireworks in that area and don't want guests over there if a firework somehow flies over that way.

Kali just got some new lighting during its refurb so it should be open at night.

Nice in the summer, but I can't see that being so popular December-February...

This goes back to my general feeling there's not enough things to do in that park in the evenings until Avatar comes online.

Lets see-- enter park at 7, get a drink, walk to dinosaur with fp, go on, get a drink, walk to safari, get a half way there drink, go on safari with fp, go to ... well, you get the point. With the evening show, street party, tree of life show, I'm good till close-- however that is still a half day.

I have never had the opportunity to ride EE at night so I hope they keep it open.

I have been checking every day for a FP with no luck . It does say on the blog that EE would be open. Not sure what is going on.

I'll be very disappointed if Everest is not open after dark when the rest of the park is. Getting to Ride Everest at night was one of the things we were looking most forward to.

It even seemed that Disney was advertising that Everest would be open after dark!

Still waiting to hear about the show times for either Jungle Book or ROL. Hopefully we've left enough open time to squeeze in a show. We booked nighttime safari's on 2 nights but DH said he didn't want to ride Kali after dark because we ALWAYS end up getting SOAKED. It's OK to get drenched when it's hot & the sun is out to help dry off but at night we'd just feel wet & soggy & possibly chilled. We booked EE for early evenings both days as it wasn't available for later.

If you are a paid member of Kenny the Pirate he added the show times for the Jungle Book show yesterday.
