Ever waitlist for a Vero cottage?

Well, my plans for our March trip has changed. More family wants to join us, and the trip has changed to April.

We had our 2br all booked, but now we are trying to switch to a cottage. We have one of three nights in the cottage, and are waitlisted for the other two. We have a 2br booked as back-up.

Of course, if we had known earlier we would have booked exactly at the 11 month mark. We ended up booking/waitlisting at 10 months out.

I know April is a busy time for VB, but what do you think my chances are of the waitlist coming through on this?

I hear ya. Right now I am still waitlisted for a cottage at Vero for Aug. 3 and 4. I have a 2 bedroom booked but would love to get that cottage!

I have my fingers crossed and if it happens, fine, if not, I am sure we will have a great time anyway!

I was checking occupanycy for VB through CRO a few weeks ago for my MIL-not through MS.

They said they actually had some beach cottages open for JULY!!

I double checked and she said yes and that she couldn't believe it.

I don't know how this may change your situation but I hope it gives you some hope.
