I just bought a kit for myself & one for my DD whil at the mall. I had a demonstration done on just one nail & was amazed at the difference. It looked like I had clear nail polish on. I paid $40.00 for 2 kit, so I'm feeling kinda guilty. I don't usually just blow money on myself. Especially during School shopping season. My DD has lots of lines & ridges in her nails, it left her nails smooth & shiny. It was worth it, I just hate spedning money (except at Disney! :))

I know exactly how you feel! I got the same demonstration at Mall of America, after passing another of their kiosks, and was AMAZED at the 'clear nail polish' result! When I told the lady I would never spend that much on the kit, she came down twice on the price. All I wanted/needed was that buffer thingy anyway, right? ;) I think I spent $27 on one kit, so feel GOOD that you got 2 for $40!!!!

My kit had a filer, the buffer block, cuticle oil, and hand/body lotion. Same as yours?

Yes, that's it! He offered me 1 kit for 29.00 & told me that if I bought 2 he would througha third in for free. I said no. He then offered a 2nd kit for $10.00. I love it! I can't stop feeling how smooth my nails are. A friend of mine is running out tomorrow to buy one. She has terrible ridges in her nails (from wearing acylics). I think it will solve her problem.

The sales guy said it will last a year. Did the shine stay on for a full month? I had no choice but to buy it. I couldn't walk around with one very shiny finger & 9 dull ones! :)

ROFLOL, that was MY feeling exactly!!!

It hasn't been a month since I bought the kit, and I did do the 'treatment' once since I returned, and, looking at my nails right now, they're shiny.

Beware, though, if you have naturally thin nails. I bought three of these kits (the salesman at the kiosk was such a smooth talker, he said he gave me a nurses' discount) for 29.95. Within three weeks, my nails were so thin that it hurt to squeeze anything or use my fingers at all.

Thanks for the warning. I have pretty strong nails, but I'll be sure to let my DD know. Were you only using once a month? The salesman really are smooth talkers aren't they? The price on their website is 29.00. Live & learn huh?

No, I paid $29.95 for all three, total... Good lord, I didn't fall off the turnip truck yesterday!
