So here is my challenge... I know there are alot of people on here who JUST read, but don't post. So here is the thread to say something.

Sorry, not a lurker but did want to post since I opened this. I agree with Hillbeans that I sometimes open a post because the title isn't clear about the question, comment or topic. Once I open it and read the first post, I've "backed out" of some threads because I either didn't have experience to use to answer the question or it was on a topic that could cause me to write something I might regret later. I'm really trying to avoid most of the political threads for the latter reason.

Same here for me too. Especially when someone starts a thread title but doesn't finish it. You know the threads that start something like "How about" but doesn't say about what so you have to open it to find out what the actual subject is!

I'm very guilty of doing that. I check out the DIS boards several times a day but seldom post. Especially if someone already answered a question or said what I would have said- no need for several people to post with the same answer.
