Ever stay at Resort on Cocoa Beach?

We found out about it on Dave's website and after further investigation, it looked so beautiful we decicded to book.
There are 10 of us and we got 2 1BR condo rooms for under $250.00. The place looks like a resort, we thought that was a great price!
I have tossed around the idea of staying at Ron Jon's instead, because it's brand new and closer to port I suppose. Mostly I'm nervous that I have never heard of anyone else staying there.
If anyone has any input, it would be greatly appreciated! TIA!

I think it's a wonderful resort (obviously... since I speak so highly of it on my web site.) I know a few people who have stayed there and they loved it. I'm guessing the reason more folks haven't stayed there is that it isn't nearly as close to the port as Ron Jon's is. And not having yet been on Ron Jon's property (they hadn't opened yet when I was last in the area in November), I can't do an apples/apples comparison. The pool area at Ron Jon's sure looks neat, though.

I'm sure you'll enjoy the Resort on Cocoa Beach. The only regret would come from the possible comparison of it to Ron Jon's.

Thanks so much Dave! I really feel like it will be the place for us, it's just lately everything is all about "Ron Jon's." LOL
I am so excited about our trip, I booked almost everything for the family and I want it to be awesome! I don't want any complaints from the peanut gallery.
