ever ordered anything from resort mail order?

I guess this is a resort question --

I just called the mail order department to check on one of those cute luau costumes for little girls that they sell in the Poly gift shop. They told me it could take up to 20 BUSINESS days to receive it. I need it on August 25th.

Has anyone out there ever ordered something from the resort mail order and did it really take so long or are they just trying to add some hedge time?

I think that they are adding hedge time. I recieved a Backpack that we ordered from Walt Disney Shopping and I got it in 10 days. When I hd things sent that I purchased at the resort it was too bulky to carry homeI had it shipped and it came to our home 2 days after we got home. They shipped both orders thru UPSS.
