Ever Notice the Fountains at WDW

have you ever noticed that most of the fountains at WDW are filled with change.. i wonder how much there is... while i was in line for EE, one of the fountains had a load of change..

also at epcot some of the lakes were drained...

I think they scoop up the change and donate it to a charity for kids. (Ronald McDonald House maybe??) And I am a contributor to all that change. I always throw change in there. It's a habit & tradition!

And I read somewhere, that some of the change in there is permanantly glued in there or something. I don't know if that's true or not. I think they make hidden mickeys in there too..a quarter and 2 dimes make a perfect one!!
