Ever had a whole ride/show/attraction to yourself?

Four years ago my DS (8), DD (6), DH and I rode on the Jungle Cruise at opening. We got a boat all to ourselves and the CM let the kids steer the boat.

This happened to us last week on Imagination. Every time we went to ride on the ride they were pushing through empty cars. No other guests to be found and we always had our pick of seats. It was really odd at first, but by the second day (DS wanted to ride it at least twice a day) the CMs new us on sight and it became more of a joke :flower:

This happened to us on imagination also, in January! it was really strange as the kids were at the kids club, so it was just me and DH! It felt kind of strange, no kids, no people! The CM told us since we had the whole ride to our self he would be watching us! :love2: ;) Doesn't he realize the only thing he needed to worry about was me falling asleep on the ride! :rotfl:

I got to go on ToT with a freind last week. It was his 400th ride and they let us ride all alone and gave him a MM certificate to boot! YAY!

Hall of Presidents during MNSSHP. It was just my father, brother and I. The cast member took us in a back way (entering through the exit) because I don't think she wanted to go through the process of opening the curtain.

The CM invited us to take as many pictures or video as we wanted since we would not be disturbing any other guests. That big theater is a bit strange with no one in there except the presidents.

Thunderstorms in mid may this year, no ponchos, Splash Mountain 8 times no one else! :rotfl2:

My family and I were at the Haunted Mansion during MVMCP a few years ago and were the only ones in the "elevator room". The CM working really got into his part and hadhis arms folded and just kept circling us and looking at us really creepily! It was creepy but fun! We also had Splash Mtn. to ourselves thatnight and rode 2X in a row...could have kept going but 2X was enough....that's along ride! Kathy :mickeybar

journey to imagination, Pirates of the caribbean at closing time, Tot last ones on

We were on Space Mountain a few years ago during e-nites and we were the only ones getting on the ride. Some of the CM's rode with us as they were leaving for the nite.

2 wks ago during EMH we were the only ones at MGM at one mans dream in the movie. We had ran in right before closing and were told to go ahead in to the movie that it had just started. When we went in no one was in there but us.

Also two weeks ago we were the last family to leave MK on EMH. We were sitting in the front of the monorail listening to all the radio conversations. Finally they said no one else was coming out and we were the only ones to get off of the monorail and onto the tram. Tram also waited awhile to see if anyone else needed a ride to their car. after 10-15 minutes no one else came out and security rode up in a van to the tram and said that they were all clear and no one else was in the park.

GS (8) loved it he got to talk on the mic and tell the driver all was clear. As soon as he said that the tram started to pull away. We all laughed when it was time to come to a stop and GS says into the mic. Wait for the stop...wait for it...wait for it..
The CM started cracking up laughing and said yeah you got it. Goes to show that kids do listen to the announcements.

Late on a June E-Night DD and I were the only rides in the Haunted Mansion. DD happens to be a doll and the young CM's Seemed to think so too. They took several oppertunities to "scare" her and then grin at her reaction. :earseek:

Last November, on the monday after the Food and Wine festival ended, as well as the Festival of Masters, Epcot was a total ghost town. You could walk around and not see anyone, it was creepy.

While waiting for my fiance to finish up in the restroom, we were watching the entrance to Spaceship Earth. There seemed to be no one entering or exiting, so we thought the ride was closed. We went to check it out after, and ended up with just me, my fiance and my mom and sister on the ride. It was really cool.

This past January, when evening EMHs had just begun, we rode RnRC 14 times in two EMH nights. It was our kids' first time meeting the height requirement so that's all they wanted to do. :faint:

It was about 9:55pm of the second EMH night (with park closing at 10pm). My kids and I rode alone. At the end of the ride the CM asked if we wanted to go again so we grabbed DH out of the post ride waiting area (we'd both had about enough at that point) and they let us walk through the connecting door to ride the last ride of the night - alone as a family. :goodvibes

I was married last March at Disney. My husband and I are major regulars to the parks. Are favorite is EPCOT. Instead of taking everyone out to dinner after rehearsel, we reserved a spot at EPCOT for everyone to see Illuminations. Open bar,it was awesome. The same spot Micheal Eisner brings his family. The park closed at 9:30 as usual, we were there till 10:30. Walikng out with no one else was so intense for me. It was awesome!!!
