tomorrow's child: LOL Len! me too, all the time!!!

I constantly have disney music in my head! that's why it didn't bother me to hear the music in the Disney store all the time when I worked there LOL.

The spectro music drives me mad! don't know why but its not my favorite. maybe cause once i got stuck in a crowd during the parade and heard the same three bars over and over again for 20 minutes lol.

my favorite is Tapestry of Nations/Reflections of Earth. It's my dad's favorite too and when he had a massive stroke and was in ICU for 26 days, i sat by his bed 12 hours a day on the 'night' shift and (my sister took daytime) he had to be restrained because of the stuff he was wired to.

at night he would be really restless, but if i sang him the songs from the Millennium cd, he'd calm right down and go back to sleep. so it's very, very meaningful to us.

i'm so grateful that dad is doing well now and we will be watching Illuminations together just a couple weeks from now!

My car has a cd player with a six cd changer. The six cd's are:

Disney's Greatest Hits volumes 1, 2, and 3
Songs of Disney Princesses
Soundtrack from Lilo & Stitch
Soundtrack from Illuminations and Tapestry of Dreams

You can tell who controls the stereo in my car can't you? I call it Katy's chariot!

When I'm at WDW it's usually It's a Small World but here at home recently it's been Some Day My Prince Will Come....I really like the songs from the Little Mermaid too.

LOL! I have the 5 cd set Disney's Greatest in my car, so I almost always have a Disney song in my head.

I didn't know there were 5 Disney Greatest - I only have three! Thanks to my DS10, I am always humming the Tiki Bird intro song - he's got the entire thing memorized - bad jokes and all!

I too have the 5 Disney CD's in my car's changer. Before that it was always "It's a jolly holiday with Mary..." from Mary Poppins. Lately it has been Small World. My youngest was the easiest baby in the world but when she turned around 15 months she started getting cranky and frustrated and I had no way to console her because she had never needed it. Then I discovered she LOVES Small World (maybe she remembers the ride from our Jan trip?). We just spent the weekend in Maine and spent 1 1/2 hours listening to Small World on repeat before she fell asleep. She was screaming but as soon as I turned it on she laughed and then would crank as the song came to an end but would laugh again (actually more of an Ah Hah! I've done it again!) once she heard it start again.

There is also this ice cream truck in our neighborhood that plays small world-real tinny and out of tune. Just about the worse thing you've ever heard! Drives my DH just about crazy!

Hmmmm..... let's see now, in my CD changer, Spectromagic Soundtrack, Wishes Soundtrack, Where the Magic Lives CD, the old Walt Disney World Album CD, oh yea, and the Haunted Mansion ride thru CD !!!! Pretty much on any given day any or all of these get stuck in my head!!!!!

There is a ride in Fantasy Land, with lots of little mechanical people, and a song. I can't really remember how it goes, thanks to years of therapy with my psychologist. I have heard that it is boarded up now (they CLAIM it is for rehab, but you can never be sure).
