you're bringing back memories of high school.
Not a place I much want to revisit.

I was playing MP3's last night.....and played "The Load Out / Stay" by Jackson Browne about 3 times in a row. LOL

Do I ever get a hair for some old music? Brothers and sisters, I've got a shock of it on my head.

I think I have only 3 or 4 CDs of modern artists...The rest of my music is retro. I couldn't throw up a list of all my fave titles, but I will say that people come to me, a 20-year-old, if they want to know about a tune from the 80s.

Sincerely,

John "anotherboardnposter" Kilduff...

Yea verily for the braggarts...They are my people.

Disnee Dad Says................................................

What about Disco Duck, by Rick Dees and his cast of idiots.
What about Pacman Fever, by Buckner and Garcia.
What about Seasons in the Sun, by Terry Jacks.
What about Kung Fu Fighting, by Carl Douglas.
What about Convoy, by C.W. Mc Call.
What about Da Doo Ron Ron, by Shaun Cassidy.
What about Pop Muzik, by M.
What about Stars on 45, by Stars on 45.
What about Mickey, by Toni Basil.

Everyone one of these songs except for one, actually went to number one.

And now you forget them, don't include them on your list? They gave hours of their lives to create these masterpieces.

I'm so upset, I won't even bring up Billy, Don't Be A Hero, or The Cover Of "Rolling Stone", or Hot Child In The City, or KIng Tut, or the classic, even if it only hit #39, Paradise By The Dashboard Light.

Aren't these great songs? Don't answer now, let me sleep on it, I'll give you an answer in the morning!

Disnee Dad,

There's some songs you like to remember.
But some songs you like to FORGET! ;)

BTW I grew up not far from you in Auburn. Small World Huh?

60's?

Woah! Music from the 80's is now considered "retro"? OMG do I feel old. ;)

Thanks Saffron,

for clearing that up. I hadn't heard of the name of the one he mentioned but I do know and love ELO so I put the ????? by it.

You're welcome Holycow. :)
Strange Magic by ELO is another good one.

Now I'm in the mood for:
Train Kept a Rollin' All Night Long
Sweet Emotion
Tumblin' Dice
