During our trip in Dec. '02, we jumped over to Epcot on evening. We hadn't planned on being in a park that evening and we all were in shorts. We had intended to catch ToD and Illuminations that evening. :D Well, the kids got cold and were not too happy so I caved in and we decided to head back to FW instead (I could now kick myself as Illuminations was rained out later that week and now Tapestry is a thing of the past  ) Anyway, we needed to get to MK so we could take the boat back over to FW. We hopped a monorail from Epcot to TTC, then found a lone ferry boat. We got talking to the captain and since MK would be closing soon, he gave us a lift. We were totally alone on this huge ferry boat! :teeth: I got some great video of the kids running around the lower deck of the boat.....and some really confused looks on the faces of the guest who were waiting for the ferry to take them out to the TTC! :upsidedow Guess they were trying to figure out who the people were on the boat all by themselves! Made us feel kind of special!! :lovestruc

Anyone else out there catch a piece of magic totally by chance? :flower:

When we went to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party in Dec. of '00 we went on the riverboat and they had great entertainment - singers, and the Country Bears. We go to the party in Dec. of '02 and go on the riverboat and find no entertainment and we are the only ones on it! It was a really nice ride and kind of cool to have the boat all to ourselves!

MVMCP, '03...dd and I left LTT at 6:45, had our photos done and hot-footed it over to Frontierland. We got to BTMRR and it was completely deserted!!! Somewhat spooky. I even asked the CM if it was open and she said.."Oh yeah, but you're the first here. Hop on!!" 2 rides, all by ourselves. Then the next 3, we were still in the last seat but joined by 5 or 6 others. So very cool!!

We were going up the ramp at MK for the Monorail and it was a large crowd. A CM just happened to be walking next to us. Well when we got to the top and placed in our pen...felt like cows migrating at this point. That same CM saw us just before we loaded into our cabin and took us to the very front! My friends who had never been to Disney thought this was the coolest.

We attended a Disney Vacation Club event this past May. DS4 wanted to ride Peter Pan so we headed over there. No line. We got right on. When the ride ended, again, no line. DS & I rode, non-stop 7 times in a row. There was no one in line waiting. :earseek: It was a most memorable memory.

While we were doing this, DS9 & DH were riding BTMRR non-stop. They would get to the platform, no one would be there and no one wanted off the ride. So they would take off again.

Awesome experiences. :teeth:

Two weeks after 9/11 we experienced a lot of Disney magic alone. We were the only family in the room of Test Track. We were the only family to listen to British Invasion. There were lots of attraction we were all by ourselves. It was a nice trip, but bittersweet and sad in that respect.
