DH and I have never visited any of the water parks in our many previous trips but we would like to. However, I will be 14 weeks pregnant on our upcoming trip, so I am wondering, will it be worth it? I can't seem to find any information on what is safe at each water park for pregnancy. I do not like slides that don't use inter tube so that isn't an issue. Anyone have any experience with being pregnant at TL or BB? I don't want to do anything that may prove dangerous and if most of what is available is off limits, I guess it won't be worth the price or time. Thanks for any advice you can give!!! :thumbsup2

I went to WDW at around 22 weeks. My favorite and most relaxing day was at TL!!! By then, I was already experiencing braxton hicks if I walked for too long. DH and I spent LOTS of time enjoying the lazy river!! I also liked the wave pool when the waves were NOT strong.

Have fun!!

Thanks- it does sound like it would be VERY relaxing- which is about all I want to do right now!:rotfl: I hope I have the energy by then to actually tour the parks!

Anyone else have a similar experience? TIA!

My wife was 3 months and had a blast. My son enjoyed tricking her into riding the slopes that waterfall on you as you pass under them! She hates getting her hair wet.:lmao:

I have been twice while expecting and both times went to the water parks. You can't do the rides, but the lazy river and gently bobbing in the wave pool is great! The water was the only place I wasn't hot and the water floats all the baby weight. It was very relaxing -

I was four months pregnant when we visited Typhoon Lagoon. I didn't miss out on anything I wanted to do - but I don't like those straight down slides anyhow. We had a great time and it was a perfect way to rest while dd and dh had a great time splashing around.

yep as long as you don't really want to do the slides, you'll enjoy it. You can snorkel at Typhoon which is nice and cool and fun. The lazy river and the wave pool are nice. But remember to drink lots of water!! :)
