My DD has been bugging me to post this question. When choosing a resort for our Dec trip it came down to four choices, CR, Poly, AKL, and WL. They all looked great (we've never been so were relying on these boards and the guide books). The CR won because....there was a sink in the small room with the toilet (known to us as the "toilet room") and we could wash our hands before touching the door.
Phew, there I said it! I know we're strange, my DD suspects it but wants confirmation...any other germ-a-phobes out there who have done this?

IMO I would rather have the sinks in a different room because when you flush, germs are propelled through the air for up to 12 feet (according to a show I watched, I haven't actually measured
) so even though you just washed your hands when you touch the handle to leave you have reintroduced yourself to the same germs floating around from the flush. I think I have said enough so I'll stop now.

I even called housekeeping to help me find the switch. I couldn't believe it. I'm glad we only stayed 2 days.
