events manager?

We just found out our event manager is Karen and her assisatant is Chris (I don't know last names yet) Has anyone had or have them also? Are they good? Any problems?

Sorry I've never heard of either of them. If you don't hear anything about them I suggest you just go ahead and make your own mind up. There'll always be someone who was not entirely happy with the service they got from each of the EM's anyway. Obviously I sound way to calm about this so lets see how I react when I get assigned my EM.
