We received ours too, however we had already requested our reservatrion be canceled on 8/15. I responded to the confirmation..hope you received that email. Would appreciate receiving a confirmation that you did receive our request for cancellation and our refund is being procesed so I know that this issue has been taken care of. Very sad to have to cancel, but can't be helped. I'm sure you will all have an fantastic time!
