For Epcot...I take it since FW closes earlier anyway, that they would still do so (close at 10 instead), and for WS it would be midnight...even with the magic hours, do they still do illuminations at 9? Looks like it from their schedule. Just seems odd to have a couple of World Showcase rides open?

During EMH in the evening, the following rides are open at Epcot:

Mission:Space
Spaceship Earth
Test Track
Universe of Energy
Journey Into Your Imagination
Honey I Shrunk the Audience
El Rio del Tiempo
Maelstrom

Illuminations is still at it's regularly scheduled time.

For EMH at Epcot when we were there in January, the attractions listed by the previous poster are open from 9pm (when the park closes for dayguests and illuminations is performed) till midnight. The Future World attractions that were closed were reopened from 9-midnight, but we found that honey I shrunk the audience, test track, and mission: space were all open till 9pm for everyone (as stated on the daily operating times guide they give you with the map) even though the rest of FW closes at 7pm.

This sound right - it makes no sense to shut a ride down at 7pm, then have to get it up and running 2 hours later....

What about the World Showcase? Since Mexico and Norway stay open, do the other countries remain operational as well?

No, the other countries go dark. When we went they had a rope after Norway.
