Evening late hours - crowds?

Hi has anyone done the late hours recently for Epcot and Magic Kingdom? How were your experiences and how were wait times? Also food wise are there only snack carts for popcorn, mickey bars etc or are there are actual food choices? thanks! ( I would stay up late and watch the wait times live but i am too old to stay up that late on a work night)
