Evening Extra Magic Hours

So I feel like I've asked this a million times, but I've taken a 3 month break from planning (somehow... ) and need to catch up before we leave in 5 weeks

Anyway, we are staying off-property so there will be no emh for us...however, the days we plan on going to certain parks happens to be on evening emh. How will this affect us? Maybe we can just park hop when it starts to get busy? thanks for any advice!

Most people will tell you not to go to a park on its EMH day but we do what you said and park hop if it gets to busy.
