I have only a few more weeks left, and many questions to ask. My wife and I will be on site at universal from the 21st-25th of this month. now we planed this trip kinda last minute around her birthday, so we didn't pay much attention to the fact that the 21st is the last day before the parks start closing earlier. this is no big deal, but now we need help figuring out what to do in the evenings. we will have the city walk passes as part of our package, so we are open to any ideas there. the thing is neither of us are club/bar people, so we won't really enjoy a straight up night club experience.
we have thought about taking advantage of the dinner and movie deal and seeing a movie one night. but other than that we are clueless. so...
1) when we fly in on the 21st we plan to get into the park, as first time visitors to IOA, we would like to get the lay of the land before we try to the the early entry at WWOHP. we are thinking of trying dinner at the 3 broomsticks. we would also like to eat at bubba gum one night, and maybe margaritaville one night any sugestions fot our fourth night.
2) does any one have any tips for seeing BMG. its not on our plans yet because, as i said this was a last minute idea, and there fore we don't have the biggest budget. we might try to get tickets, but if anyone knows a way to get a discount that would help a lot.
3) any ideas for places to go at night for a while that provide some cheap thrills. i have read about the duling pianos? any of the other restaurants/bars have entertainment that is more than traditional club/dance music?
