Evening EMH for MK? Anyone been?

What were the crowds like? I am really looking forward to this on our trip in March. It looks like most of the rides will be open then.

We went last week and it was very manageable. Packed until after Wishes, then we went right to Space Mtn (as did MANY others). Long line because they had to explain to every other person in line that they needed a wristband, what qualified them for the wristbands, where to get a wristband if they qualified, why they couldn't ride if they didn't qualify. Once inside, it was a walkon.

Throughout the rest of the evening, there were primarily lines in Fantasyland, at least early when we were there. 20 minutes for Peter Pan, 30 for Pooh (we used FP). But the rest of the park was pretty much walkons - we also did Buzz, HM, POTC, Thunder and Splash. They were allowing you to just stay in the boats and ride Splash a second time if you wanted. Of course it was 40 degrees and windy, but still...!

We were there last week. It's not empty and you still have to wait for most rides and we were there during slow times. I imagine that it will get busier as the season gets busier and more people find out about it. We had a 15 minute wait for Buzz--no fast passes that we saw.

I was there (with a pretty big group) on Tuesday, January 18th. After Wishes, we walked onto Space Mountain, Indy Cars, Philharmagic, Haunted Mansion, and BTMR. For Buzz Lightyear we waited about 10 minutes. There were also a few characters out (by Peter Pan, I think) and we were able to get photos without having to wait at all. No Fast Passes were available (or necessary, really) for anything. It was the most I've EVER done in a two-hour span of time in MK. It was a chilly night, which is probably why the crowds were down, so if you can go on a weeknight when the weather is less than perfect, go for it!
