Evening EMH, FastPass during spring ???

Hi
If you were at Disney World during the peak spring season, were they using FastPass during the evening EMH? It seems like I have read that sometimes they do use FastPass during the evening EMH, sometimes they don't. I am wondering if that is related to how busy the time of year is. We are going in June - which sounds like it will be busy. Evening EMH only sounds worth it to me if FastPasses are available.

Don't know about spring but we were there last June. We were at the Studios and heard a Cast Member telling someone that they were going to re-open the FP machine for the Tower of Terror at the EMH start. We waited and grabbed them immediately. Unfortunately that was all we were able to ride that EMH. When we finished our ride the next FP was WAY into the night. We checked the wait times on the board and everything was crazy....as bad or worse than during the day. That was the one and only evening EMH we did during our 8 night stay.
My advice continues to be....get to ALL the parks before opening. You can get so much done in a few hours before the really big crowds arrive later in the morning. We got to see Mickey's Philharmagic last June with about six other people first thing in the morning. There was no wait for either Splash or Big Thunder. Frontierland stays quiet for a few hours while Tomorrowland gets busy pretty fast in the MK.
For Epcot get to Soarin' and Test Track right away. At the Studios go for Tower of Terror and Rock 'N Rollercoaster early. For our favorite attractions we always grab FP and then get on stand-by early in the morning. By the time our first ride is done it's just about time for the FP.
