Evening EMH at Epcot-start at 7:00 or 9:00pm?

With there being 2 separate closing times for FW and WS at Epcot, on the evening they have the EMH, will that be from 7:00-10 or 9:00-12:00(assuming it's 3 hours)? Just wondering as I'm planning on being there on the night of the 16th and am hoping to get to get all my "rides" in that evening so I can enjoy the Flower and Garden show during my daytime hours.

I think it would be hard to have FW open an extra three?? hours while WS is still open to everyone. The mass confusion to non-resort guest would be terrible. They can go to WS and watch Illuminations but can not use anything in FW. I wonder how they will handle this. Does anyone have an idea of when they are going to make the official announcement? I heard about a press release on May 4 or 5 is that when we should hear all about this?

Just when you have everything all planned Disney decides to give you extra hours....
