Evening EMH and crowd levels

I was wondering at what point in the day do crowd levels begin to rise when a park has evening EMH. We will be at MK on a Sunday in May, but do not plan on staying for EMH; in fact, we'll be leaving after dinner. Just curious as to when, from your experience, does the park start to "fill up".

Can be busier on Spectromagic and/or EMH days.
