Even my plans need a plan!

If everyone in your family has iPhones or iPods, air drop them the screen shots so everyone is on the same page. Then have them add that day's plans as their lock screen photo, as a PP mentioned.

I take a screen shot of my plans (Disney experience online) and i use each day as my wallpaper.

My sister uses the MDE app and I keep a hard copy of our FP times and ADRs in my backpack. I also have our itinerary printed out to take with us (although we've studied it so much we could quote it verbatim ).

Ok...so this is our first trip to WDW and I'm feeling pretty good about the plans I've made (thanks to you awesome folks!). I have all our reservations and FP + made and our touring strategy all planned out.

My next step is deciding the best way to actually take these awesome plans with us into the parks. I'm a digital person, so I'm thinking I should put them into my phone somehow. But I'd like a hard copy backup too, I think.

What do you all do with your plans??

Don't have a smart phone. So, I just write our fp's, etc on the page of a small notebook; one for each day. Then I fold it over til it is about 1 or 2 inches square, and put in my pocket. Piece of cake and low tech.
