Even more excited for a return trip??

OK, growing up in CA I went to DL as a kid. I even got to go to Tokyo DL as a teenager. So when my husband planned a trip last year, I was excited. I knew there were four parks, one of them was a lot like DL, and that we would have a lot of fun.

Needless to say, I had no idea how much fun we would have!! Now it's year later, and we have 49 days until our next trip. (not that I'm counting!) And I'm not just excited, I'm bouncing off the walls! I have all the maps I collected from last year on my nightstand, and read them like a bedtime story every night! I read these boards constantly, I make packing lists, watch the Disney DVD (speaking of which, do they have a new on out yet for the new promotion??) and am pretty much a Disney basket case. I've even started looking into when we can go in '07!

Anybody else get even more excited about the second trip than the first? Will it get worse with each trip? Will I explode with anticipation in a few years??

I'm with you- We went for just two days back in March which was just a taste, so I had to plan a trip for this fall- October.(It will be our honeymoon 6mos. late). Now I am already planning a tripfor '08 because I am done with the October trip planning!!! I too read the maps and guidebooks constantly. It's an obsessive illness-0 seriously. I guess there are worse things to be sick with!

Um, yes, it gets worse with every trip! I'm already planning my winter 2007/08 trip, and I started planning about 2 weeks after we returned from our second trip last September. (The 2 weeks after I suffered from Post Disney Depression...despised everyone who was getting ready to leave for Disney, so I had to stay away from the DIS...I can see now how wrong I was, but in my delusional depressed state, I was not one to be reasoned with )

Well, it did for me! went for 7 days in March, first trip for all of us. I was plotting and planning to go back again next spring break on the way home! Just booked our vacation villa last week for end of march. Can't stop talking about it!
