Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, this is my first time doing this and I feel quite clueless!

Traveling will be myself, DH, and DD (6). My goal is to have a general outline of what we'd like to do each day, without feeling rushed and running around all day. But also I'm trying to avoid crazy wait times as well. Most meals are going to be QS so we'll just eat when we can.

MK Day 1 - 9am-12am (no way we'll make it to midnight). Crowd level 5. Going to try for a BOG lunch ADR this day

Rope drop
Peter Pan's Flight
Enchanted Tales
Journey of Little Mermaid
Meet Ariel
Small World
Barnstormer
Buzz Space Ranger Spin
7D (Going to try for an early afternoon FP)
PhilarMagic
Meet A&E (again hoping for a FP, I know we may have to move this around)
Laugh Floor
Wishes
*What else should I FP on this day?

MK Day 2 - 8am-11pm. EMH's 8-9.

Rope drop
BTMR
Jungle Cruise
POTC (if it's open?)
Aladdin Carpets
Haunted Mansion
7D (FP)
Dumbo
Meet Tinkerbelle
FoF Parade
Splash Mountain (FP in afternoon)
Meet Cinderella & Rapunzel (FP)
We have a 5:30 dinner ADR at 1900 this day
*What else should I FP on this day?

Thanks for any insight you can offer!

Mesaboy is an expert on what to FP. I think there's a link in his signature that provides some FP advice. I would move Dumbo to the first day. It makes more sense geographically, and on your second day you currently have two spinners scheduled. Dumbo and Aladdin are essentially the same ride. We always like to fast pass Dumbo for our little guy. But on that first day, you might want to fast pass Space Mountain for the grownups. Same with Thinder Mtn on the second day.

Lots of back and forth here....
Specifically Ariel>SmallWorld>Barnstormer

I'd move SmallWorld down to go with Philhatmagic and put Laugh Floor by Buzz.
And add Dumbo to Barnstormer time.

If you goto TouringPlans you can create your own plan for free and move rhings around and see them on a map to get a better idea of where everything is.

The funny thing is, this is what Touring Plans came up with for me based on the selections I put in.

I'm thinking it put Barnstormer where it did because it's the only thing I had in that area on day 1? But I agree to move Dumbo, so I'll do that. And I'll move SmallWorld - both great suggestions, thank you.

I did have a bit of a hard time with Touring Plans, in just trying to figure out what to input to day 1, and what to input to day 2, so I can still move stuff around.

If you arrive at rope drop you will have no problem with those plans. You say it is a "5" day, when exactly are you travelling? I'd say your plans are pretty conservative. On day 2, you might be able to get to your 7DMT FP by 10/11AM ...and that's riding BTMRR 2 or 3 times.

Just a suggestion:
Take the train (230-245p) from NFL after 7D and get off at Town Square.
Watch FoF from the upper level of the station (theres some shade, which is great at 315)
Meet Tink after

This adds in a new "ride" (train) and saves fighting the Parade crowd down Main.

We're traveling mid-May.

Great suggestion - thanks!

When you say the train, do you mean the Monorail? Sorry...I'm not familiar. Is NFL the Frontierland?

Here's my updated day 1 based on suggestions here (thanks to everyone!) Thoughts?
Rope drop
Peter Pan's Flight
Enchanted Tales
Journey of the Little Mermaid
Meet Ariel
Meet Gaston
7D (FP)
PhilarMagic
Small World
Meet A&E (FP)
Barnstormer
Dumbo
Buzz Space Ranger Spin (FP)
Laugh Floor
Wishes Show

Is it realistic to think we'd get all of this done in a day, and add meal times (lunch hopefully BOG and dinner QS), and not feel rushed?

And revised day 2:
EMH
Rope Drop
BTMR
Jungle Cruise
POTC
Carpets of Aladdin
Haunted Mansion
Meet Cinderella & Rapunzel (FP)
7D (FP)
Dumbo
Train to town square to watch FoF parade (awesome suggestion!)
Meet TinkerBell (FP)
Splash Mountain (I know this is at the other end of the park, but I don't want to walk around the park wet all day, so I want to do this last)

Again, is this a small enough list to add meals (breakfast, and dinner ADR at 1900), and we can add some other rides or attractions if we decide to the day of, and not feel too rushed?

Between both of my days, we're definitely hitting all of our 'must do's'

You can absolutely do this in May on a 5 day. During the first week of August, crowd level 8, we did Buzz, met Stitch, space mountain, Dumbo, met Ariel, met Gaston, 7DMT (with FP), It's a Small World, Peter Pan's flight (FP)all before lunch at BOG at 11am. After lunch we did Philharmagic, met Fairy Godmother, 35 minute wait at Haunted Mansion, got dole whips, Splash Mtn(FP), and watched the Festival of Fantasy parade. We then hit the kiosk to make a 4th FP and we were back at the hotel before 4:00. That was our first full park day. And I don't feel like we rushed. We shopped and just enjoyed being there, too.

Have an awesome trip!!

Sorry if I wasnt clear...

....there is a steam train that circles MK.
It has 3 stops; Town Square (park enterance) Frontierland and New Fantasy Land (NFL), just past Barnstormer. In that order.

You may have to wait a bit leaving NFL (1 train load, tops) so I wouldnt board the train much later than 230ish. 3 would be too late.

It will take you back to where you see the Welcome Show, on the upper deck. Dont go down the ramp or stairs...walk to the front of the building and you'll be looking right down Main St at the castle.
The FoF parade starts in Frontierland and ends in Town Square. It should arrive around 320.

Tink meets at the Town Sq Theater which is right there.

Yep...defiantly taking your advice here g8torphan and doing this. I was considering a FL for FOF parade...I like this plan better! Thanks ;)

Awesome. Glad I could help
Have a great time...2days is the way to do MK. It just slows everything down.

If you get hot do Country Bear Jamboree, is funny and AC'd.
People Mover is another relaxing time filler

I was surprised at how much we could do in a relaxed pace on a not so busy day, so your days look definitely do-able to me. One thing I will note, Gaston meets at certain times for about 30 mins each then he takes a break. We got there once about mid way through the meeting, and the line was closed. We had to find out the next few meeting times and then went back about 10 minutes prior to one of them. We still ended up about 8th in line and it got closed aboit 3 people after us - all 10 minutes before he even showed up. So plan that in when you have a little flexibility in your schedule.
