well i sat through the whole show what a load of block voting! not surprised really, there wasnt that many western countries there..

I love the campness of Euro-Vision , and always glad if the UK get any points. It was ok this year, but prefered the 2006 show.

Has anyone else noticed that last year everyone was all girlie and poppy, this years is black and basques?

Apocolyptica were fantastic and I thought it was the best part of the whole show

Terry Wogan once again was FANTASTIC


I would have liked Hungry to win but I really enjoyed Sweden, Turkey and the Ukraine entries too.

Also . . . what on Earth as that "thing" in a pink dress?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! She was horrible!!!!!

Personaly I was a fan of the entries from Hungry and Russia. Can't quite explain why I liked the Russian entry. It was all about the music though.... nothing else....honest....

I thought Hungary should have won, it was actually a real song! Been checking out the eurovision site - how sad is that!

I wish there was something that could be done about the 'vote for your friends and neighbours' thing, with the break up of russia and yugoslavia into so many countries we'll never stand any chance, plus we're an island and no-one in europe really likes us!!!

It was funny when it was greece+cyprus/sweden+finland+norway, etc., but now its just ridiculous. They may as well miss the voting altogether and just chose a different eastern block country for next time!!

Oh well, didn't give Scooch a hope anyway!

The girl in the pink dress was beyond annoying

The block voting came into effect a teeny bit for us aswell, 1 points from Malta

I am still a bit unsure why Serbia won???? Although as I didnt understand what they were singing it could have meant something very important to Eastern Europe??

Yes no one likes us but for some reason lots of poeple from these countries seem to want to come to live and work here!

It's all a big consipracy really as what you have to do is create a large enough ex-pat community in the other countries such that you can all phone up and vote elsewhere for the country of your birth, hence making sure that you get enough points to win

Hence the really reason behind mass migration in europe is a bold attempt to win eurovision

I watched the whole thing through. My Favorites were Macedonia and Hungray. We were giving marks all the way through, but at the end I was giving good marks to those I thought were kinda alright.

I could go on about Rigging the Votes but a) I didn't vote, so no opinion over who won, b) I was watching it for the songs (well, and the fact that Doctor who was cancelled this week.. ) and c) it makes us sound so much like a sore loser..

Going to buy the Eurovision CD.
